I require payment upfront before engaging in any kind of business.All prices are set in USD.I do not offer refunds.I am able to take payment through PayPal, but occasionally will accept Steam gift cards. You can reach out to me to discuss any questions you may have.I retain the right to deny any work for any reason, with or without notice. This will always occur before payment is sent.I have a TAT (Turnaround Time) expectancy of 4-8 weeks. I often work quicker than this, but this time frame is in place to cover any emergencies or priorities I may have.You may use my work in personal or non-commercial projects with credit to me.I do not consent to the use of my work in NFTs or AI.I do not consent to the modification of my work done by those who are not myself.Do not trace my work and attempt to claim it as your own. I am OK with tracing my work as long as it is used for learning purposes, and if posted, is credited properly.If I find that you are in violation of any of these regulations, you will be blacklisted permanently and blocked.
COMMISSIONS
I reserve the right to use your customized illustration as an example of my skills and style, and am allowed to post it to my various sites. I will never claim your character as my own.
Adopts / Customs
If you are unhappy with how a custom design looks during commissioning a custom from me, I will revise it up to 3 times before charging extra.Any designs scrapped during a custom designing process that are not similar to the final design may be turned into an adopt or personal design.I am willing to hold a design for up to 2 weeks at no charge or hassle. I will put a design back up for sale if you are unable to pay within that time frame.
Art Trades
Before I complete my half of the trade, I require at least a sketch or other acceptable WIP (Work In Progress) from your side.I will do my best to stay accurate to your character.
